They fractured a vacuum line while working on starter, did not tell me, when took truck back I told them not to remove nipple sticking out from fire wall. He immediately reached Down and pulled it out. I had also told him if removed it entire dash would have to be removed to replace it. That nipple was un damaged. Then he charged me 178.00 to repair! What he broke in first place, and removed part he had been told not to! No apology or anything. I will never go there again under any circumstances.
Shop is filthy as are employees.
