Rain Tunnel Car Spa - Downtown / Old Town

CAUTION!!!!! MULTIPLE INCIDENTS OF STOLEN ITEMS!!!! MY GUN WAS STOLEN FROM MY VEHICLE AFTER USING THIS CAR WASH SERVICE!!! 01/23/2022. I immediately contacted the manager Tony who reviewed the cameras but was unable to see the person getting into the vehicle due to poor camera quality and location. There are multiple blind spots the cameras cannot see where my vehicle was entered. Tony and I attempted to reach the Tony's boss JOE to further resolve this issue with no answer! After speaking with Tony he confirmed that there was money stolen and an incident report was made just the day before!!! We attempted to do our own investigation. Tony and I spoke with an employee Sergio who said he didn't see a gun however he immediately left work without telling his manager Tony or any other employee while I was there. SUSPICIOUS?? I will never recommend this facility to anyone!!!!!
