He was very prompt with quote. Said he had attended school to install the Jason tubs and guaranteed his work. Won my confidence. He didn't want to test plumbing or tub for leaks, installed the tile flange incorrectly, used pre-mixed sheetrock mud around part of tub base (still not dry 4 wks later), used my silicone and caulk gun, insisted on payment before testing tub, threatened with overtime, cut-off valve he replaced on a toilet is leaking, refuses to return to correct anything, blocked my number and won't refund any money.
