I bought a brand new TForce 125 quad from Birdys for my kids a few days ago. When I got it home and took it out of crate to assemble I noticed there were some things missing. I guess there was supposed to be a smaller box inside the big box/crate containing the battery, bolts for foot rest and the handle bar mount and bolts for handle bar mount. Also missing the owners Manual. Obviously I contacted the guy that sold me the machine and he just directed me to his mechanic, which I wasn’t happy with I mean he sold me the machine he should make sure I’m taken care of, but anyway the mechanic tells me that they don’t have what I’m missing and are trying to get one from Indy. That was a cpl days ago and now it seems they are ignoring me. I guess I will see what happens but as it stands I am close to just demanding my money back. I understand that things happen sometimes but at least let me know what’s goin on!!!!
