This company (same as Choice Spine and Rehab) is under a parent company in Florida. They have been investigated before for soliciting car accident victims. They peruse pollice reports from accidents, then solicit people listed as "not at fault". Everyone gets the same treatment plan. 5 days a week for 2 weeks, then step down to 3, 2, and then once a week.

The chiropractor, Dr. Nobles will aggressively try to sell you into an MLM pyramid scheme, and your referral will be a 5 minute video referral from no-name, out-of-state personnel. The secretary with a very distinct voice swears that you talk to her sister and not her. They don't do anything related to health insurance, that's why there's a notice on their door "Insurance inspectors not permitted on premises". They are breaking the law by soliciting victims. This company is what the industry calls "ambulance chasers".

Please save yourself the hassle, and go to a real, reputable place for services.
