Mountain Vista Family Park

Had a birthday party with guest, one of them were my mom which also owns a trailer here. While in the restroom the manager came over yelling at my mother (A guest mind you) abbot the jumpy houseI ranted and have insured. Last year I had a petting zoo come over and was also yelled at but I thought the issue was because they were live animals and it was on a property that was yet rented out. So anyways back on topic, my taller is at the end of the lot whee it is cut off, I asked the neighbor across from me if she mined and she said not at all so I thought it would be fine, which I was obviously wrong about. Instead of him waiting till after the party he came and yelled during infront of children and another parent. I was in the restroom so he was yelling at my mother and then threatened to call the police and have it shut down the next time it happened. Instead of just waiting and soaking to me privately so I could apologize and explain I thought it was because animals were involved and because it was on land that someone was interested in. That I asked my neighbor and she said it was ok but now that I know that it doesn't matter what it is it can't be on the street or anyone else's property I won't do it again. However main key is it's about courtesy and talking to ME in privacy not to my mother let alone infront of my guess and other neighbors. Irs very embarrassing and confusing to the children, especially the little bitty ones.

My mother recently bought a tailor from these people, not only did they not give her her the days off looking over the contract like they're supposed to but they painted over mild to hide it and sold it to her. She asked if they would give her an equal amount tailor since this one is unlivable and they said no. The manager is rude talks to you like trash and lies to you. I asked him when I bought mine if there was scorpions and he told me no after I said I'm scared to death my child well get stung and die. He straight lied and said no. Not even a week of living there there was one found in my trailor. This place is crap they have you paying 250 per pet even fish is on the contract as pets that have to be paid even tho you own the tailor. These people are rip offs, conivers, threaten to evict you with no ground, and talk to you like trash. BE VERY AWARE WHEN RENTING OUR BUYING FROM THIS HELL HOLE. They tried covering mold no telling what else they'll do.
