Excellent customer service and great skills to get the job done! New to town, so comforting to know I have a reliable paint and repair shop to go to now. Owner is hands on with expert skills and honest!
I wrecked my motorcycle on 8/4/2016. I called Walt’s because they came highly recommended and Walt told me that the bike could be repaired in 3 weeks. Now, it’s 9/26 and I am still waiting for that 3 weeks for them to finish.Took them over 1 month to get paint. (9/10).Last Friday (9/16/2016), I took the day off & they hadn’t even sprayed a drop of paint on it.I called my insurance company to complain.Walt stated that the bike would be finished Wednesday (9-21) to my insurance company. The following Monday (9-19) they called me back and said that the original paint was faded and that they would paint the rest of the bike to match. I asked how long would they need the bike, they said it would be ready for pick up on Monday. (9-26). So I have arranged to take time off my work once again, to go see about my motorcycle, at which point Walt, stated that they’re painting it. No integrity.I have heard his quality is good, but this is seriously no way to treat someone.
When our jeep got backed into we tried to find the best rate possible for getting it fixed, since the guy was wanting to pay cash instead of going through insurance.
We got 2 estimates, both of them being close to 2 grand! Both of them "claiming" they would need to buy a new fender and that was 1 grand just for that.
Then the guy who hit us recommended Walts Body and Repair shop in Apache.
So we went there, he told us, you don't need a new fender. I can FIX it.
His estimate came in at HALF of the other ones.
Needless to say we were so impressed when we picked the jeep up yesterday. He did a beautiful job on it. We had also checked some of his other body work and paint jobs he has done and were in awe.
If you live in Arizona and need any kind of car repair or body work done.. we highly recommend him.
Walt took the time to LOOK and to LISTEN to the vehicle. He performed a simple operational test. His diagnosis of the main problem (rack failure) and secondary problem (cracked lower control arm), made perfect sense. It was 100% accurate. He gave me an estimate and performed the work as priced. The truck/camper has never handled better! My initial impression of Walt was one of knowledge, integrity and honesty. I was not disappointed. What struck me most was that Walt solved a "mystery" problem, whereas everyone else was clueless. So--- skip the frustration; save time; see Walt FIRST. You'll be glad you did.
I had been in a car accident about a year ago, but had never taken my car in because I was worried that it would be very costly. After getting a recommendation from a friend, I took my car in to Walt's Body and Paint to have the passenger door and side panel replaced. Walt's price was very reasonable (the cheapest I had found) and the work was amazing. I wish I had taken it in sooner! Walter was a pleasure to work with. He completed the job that day, kept me informed along the way, and the final result was fantastic! I also saw many of the current paint jobs they were working on for other clients that were incredibly detailed and breathtaking. I highly recommend this shop to anyone for body work or paint.
Fantastic! I brought my wifes car in after she was in an accident. The shop worked well and quickly with my insurance company. I went down and was able to speak to Walter, the owner. Both himself and his staff seemed very friendly and proffesional. When my wifes car was finished, it looked amazing. The lines and gaps seemed better than when we bought the car. Im already planning on taking my truck in for some body work and a new paint job. I would highly reccomend Walts for anybody lookin for a paint/body shop in the valley.
