Rockstar Tan & Spa

This is the worst spa in Memphis. When they first opened, the beds were nice, the price was right. But as time went on, the bulbs got old and were not replaced. I stopped going, signed up elsewhere, but since it is close to my home, I decided on the weekend to try it once more. The employees are not helpful, not trained for any sort of 'Customer Service', and as a matter of fact, down right rude (at least the girl working this particular day was.) Once i got past the front desk, again several of the bulbs were out in my bed, and I did not get tan, because the rest of the builbs were old. Don't waste your money or time with this place.

I've tanned all around the city of Memphis and this is one of the worst! The staff has no customer service skills what so ever, and no training. The beds are never cleaned well, and one of the worst things is to have someone before you use tingle lotion and the employee didn't clean the bed well, and I would love to say this has only happened once at rockstar but in fact it has happened numerous times. I would definitely not recommend this place!!

The name says it all...Rockstar! I am spoiled to the tanning beds with the misting, the aroma therapy & the Mona Amie's red light therapy is amazing. Versa is my new favorite & you can't beat the prices anywhere....I'm always going have Rockstar tan!

nice employees and are attractive as heck. Bigger beds than anywhere else. I'm 6'2 and I have no problem fitting. The bed's are really strong. I've tanned at other places but no one can compete with their prices or quality.

This place is freaking awesome! I have tanned everywere else and by far Rockstar has the best beds, prices, AND THE BEST SERVICE :) couldnt tan anywere else now that I have tanned there!

i LOVE it!! great service and great beds! i got a great tan after 4 days of tanning.
