Menier, Monica US Bankruptcy Court Clerk

Ms. Menier is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and totally up-to-date on any changes in policy that this alone would make her one of the country's better Bankruptcy Court Clerks. However, she is way more than that. Although one would be much mistaken to assume she is a pushover or to try to abuse her good will, she is kind, soft spoken, and unfailingly supportive and polite. She is courteous and respectful to the many professionals she encounters, but she never lost her sympathy for those who are unable to afford to hire legal help and who are doing their best to manage their cases without any training and with very little, if any, support. She is not only very helpful, she is remarkably patient. Furthermore, regardless of how often the same question is repeated or how ridiculous it may sound to lawyers and accountants, she never makes a layperson feel ignorant, inadequate, or I would daresay anything--but grateful.
