Walton Hills Auto Service

Pull up to pump. Run card. Pump gas (150.00) while checking my fluids and oil. Come back to realize its charging a Dollar more than the rest of the pumps. Look down it says full serv. Where were the people that were suppose to come out? Why did I spend more than 10 minutes at a full service pump doing everything they would have? And refuse to credit me the extra 30 bucks it cost me. And admit an alarm goes off when someone pulls up. I know why! To let you use that pump and realize it later so they can pocket the extra and NOT do any service at all. !!

When i first went to this station about 6-7 years ago, they were in a position to rake me over the coals for something that turned out to be very minor. I would have never known. They instead told me about it. I have been a customer ever since, with several similar stories involving the cars of my wife and 2 children. It is great to have a service shop that has old fashion morals!!
