        Welove Bella Vista Village

        My wife and I became part of the Escapes family in March 2004. Our "home property" is Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.



        We love that section of central AR, but the 6 hour drive makes that spot an every three years trip. We travel to bella Vista at least once if not twice a year. Our grandsons, 7 and 8 love it there.



        The condos are great and very well maintained. Whether you get a one bedroom studio, a one bedroom large with full kitchen, or the 2 bedroom the time and money are well spent.



        Before becoming a teacher I spent several years travelling a 3 state area (OK, AR, TX) and stayed in many motels in these spots as well as across the Western US during trade shows or training other reps.



        Dollar for dollar ther isn't a motel of any size, name, or amenities that offers the value that you'll find at bella vista, or Stonebridge in Branson, or any other Cooper Property.



        The golf is excellent, the pools are wonderful as are the play areas, the in village restaraunts, and the nearby entertainment and shopping.



        Best of all, these aren't motels rented as vacation condos; Cooper has built communities with hospitals, churches, restaurants, parks etc. and then added vacation condos as well.



        We have what is called a "time share", but the better term is "vacation ownership". If we compared the money we would have spent for a basic hotel in Branson, Hot Springs, or Bentonville in the last 52 months it would be two or thre times what our "time share" cost to own forever, including a deed to real property since we bought in Arkansas.



        July of 2007 my wife and I were in vegas for a national conference and for free buffet and show tickets went to a "vacation rental" presentation. The facilities were motel rooms with connecting doors, not secluded and family friendly as is Bella Vista, and the cost was nine times (9)! what our cost of ownership was!



        Rent a condo here instead of a motel and see for yourself!
