Purdy Good Maintenance

My brother has a Ford Mustang, and had taken his car to their shop to get a diagnostic ran (because his car would always stop running). Well apparently to run a diagnostic it cost $80-$90 an hour. To make a long story short, they billed my brother $300 and told him that they could not find out what was wrong with his car. Crazy, right?!



So he took his car to an actual dealership and they told him he just had bad gas in his tank. Amanda Purdy did not think that it was anything wrong with this situation. I don't think it's fair for a mechanic shop to get $300 and they did not fix ANYTHING!!



Amanda Purdy did not think anything of the situation, in fact she hung up in my face when trying to discuss the issue. This is not the type of person you would want to trust with your vehicle. She was very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of a potential long term customer!



I would never recommend anyone going to them! Ever!

I have been going to this shop for a year now for the interlock system. I was planning on having future maintance to my truck done by you. Not now! I tried to go Saturday to have the system removed and to my surprise you are closed! I have NEVER seen you business hours posted. I was then locked out of my truck. You have told me before you where closing early to have a long weekend at the lake and would just waive the lockout fees if any one got one... When I asked I was told no because you where charged... Okay fine understandable I asked if I can pay the lockout fee on the 15th I was told no! Just a flat out no! I know I have talked to you personally about all the dr appts I have because of my heart failure... But I received no sympathy from your business at all. Just a "you can call a ride" gee thanks so much! I just want you to know I will repost this on EVERY media outlet that has your name attached to it! I have told many people to NEVER use your business and a lot of people now are calling you jerks.
