Razorback Car Wash & Quick Lube

On 11-01-16 i went to get my oil change and because my oil filter was not put on correctly. My car almost caught fire. They will not give compensation. It cost 75 for tow and 231 to fix it. They wont evan give me the time of day. And it cost 41.41 for the oil change

Worse management I have ever seen. Could not believe he doesn't stand behind their work and will just flat tell you, you don't have to bring it back. They totally messed up my carpets when my car was very new.

Been coming here for years, they do great work and make sure your vehicle looks great when you leave.

This is the worst car wash EVER do yourself a favor and go to walmart and by the stuff to clean it your self!!!!!!! my windows werent even washed off nor was my dish and it looks like they just went over the floor once with a vaccum i knew some thing was wrong when it only took about 5 min at the most! I went and got the manager and he told me that he wasnt going to redo it and that they would just wipe off that one spot but thats it!!!! then i called up there to speak to DON ROSS the OWNER when i just saw him sitting in his office 5 min before the call they told me he wasnt there and then my husband called and they put DON on the phone and we went back up there and he told us they dont wash windows nor do they wipe of the dashes and that is some crap i use to go there all the time when my great grandma worked there and it was totally different then what it is now DON ended up telling us to take our bussines some where else from now on and that his employees arent redoing any thing and that we werent getting out money back!!!!! all i could say was wow!!!!! so we left and WE WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER RAZPRBACK CAR WASH THIS WAS A REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME!!!!!!!!
