I requested an energy audit and he was very helpful. He had a hand held gadget that could determine whether the wall was insulated or not. He also recommended insulating, plastic room darkening curtains. He tested my windows and doors for drafts.

Worse customer service ever, we rent a home & we requested a "free" home energy audit, she didn't show up the first date scheduled, nor the second, & scheduled a third time to the owner without informing me at all. I missed work every time -no working no pay- did Bryan care NO, did he say he did, not really. The only person that even half way seemed that they cared was Randy. Worse company I have ever had to deal with. I couldn't schedule it, but they were to let me know the dates to see if it worked for me, did they no!! It's my account but they thought it was best to contact they owner instead. Said I had the dates wrong, little did they know I kept all the voicemails they left after the fact I called to find out what was going on. I wish I had a choice on electric companies because Carroll Electric would be the last one I would pick!!! If you can choose the other company. Maybe they should put into policy that if it a rental home they used not only contact the owner but the renter to make sure dates work out for everyone. Since in Bryan's 7 years he has been there something like this has never happened. Amazing it happened 3 times in two weeks to one person!!

So you have to pay your bill on time for 1 year before you can get your deposit back !! About a years time past - I called and inquired about the deposit - was told I would get it back if I paid Decembers bill on time. I pay december Bill on time- then told no you need to pay Januarys Bill on time. And the lady was rude to boot! Told me we don't want your deposit- we give it back to you- what a lie! If that were true - the time would not be 1 year- You suck Carroll electric !!

Very poor customer service. The office staff in rude and unhelpful. Wish I had a choice of electric companies to choose from...We have at least 1 power outage a month...Never had this with Bentonville Electric!!! I would NEVER use this company if I had a choice...Bad, bad company...Beware!
