This company is the absolute WORST. You will hate yourself if you believe their sales pitch--it is pure BS. I was robbed blindly (my fault for not doing more research) and a year and a half later, my very simple home automation, is NOT working. I am going to take them to small claims court as soon as...I will not put this to bed without some justice. Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT use Bad Sounds--you'll love yourself for making a wise choice.
