I am sooo disappointed. I have gone to this salon three times now and will not go back.

The first time my experience was good. I went with a friend who is a regular.



The technicians apparently do not care for any customer that isnt a regular. The second time I went to get a manicure because this is the only salon in my area that I could find that does the new OPI Soak Off Gel Nails. After waiting 15 mins I was taken back to get started on my manicure only for the lady to tell me that another customer had come in and she needed me to wait another 15 minutes. I explained that I could not wait and so she went ahead and started my manicure but made a comment when her regular customer left. When I went to pay the owner informed me that I could not leave a tip when paying with my debit card because it cost them for every dollar ran through the machine and the technicians understood and it was fine. I noticed when I left that all of my nails on my left hand were crooked and I had to shape them myself when I arrived home.

I went back today exactly a week later for a pedicure and a color change on my nails. Instead of just changing the color on my naiils she "shaped" them and ended up filing them sooo short. I was so upset. The whole reason I get the OPI Soak Off Gel is so that my natural nails will grow without being drilled or filed thin. My nails are now shorter than they were when I went in a week ago. She also filed on top of my nails so my natural nail is thin and week. She buffed and filed so much that my fingers started to bleed. She didnt even bother to wipe the blood off she just kept going. One of my nails even has a spot smudged blood underneath the gel. They never turned the massage chair on. Spent less than 5 minutes on my massage for my legs. All of my nails are crooked. Most of my nails are shaped square on one side of the nail and round on the other. I am so upset and disappointed. Honestly my nails look like they do when they grow naturally without any shaping except they have a bit of shine to them. Save yourself the pain and get your nails done by a salon that cares about ALL of their customers. Apparently the technicians remembered that I was unable to tip the week before and were seeking revenge. To the owner... Obviously the technicians do NOT understand not getting a tip. Maybe you should change your policy to allow your customers to tip so that they may get decent service... Maybe you should also explain to your technicians that they should treat all customers like they do their repeat customers... That's what ensures that customers come back...
