        Words can't adequately express how competent and caring the Austin folks were when Jim died. Because of family reasons, our Celebration of Life service had to be held barely 48 hours after his death. Carol's gentle but insistent prodding helped to get us moving. What had to have been very hectic behind-the-scenes maneuvering to have Jim's remains ready for the columbarium service gave our family a peaceful and beautiful end to the service. Throughout the day we had no concerns that weren't immediately met. Even following the service and over the next few days Carol Austin took care that we had what we needed and did so in such a loving manner. Our five daughters spoke over and over again about how they felt loved and cared for during such a difficult time. We could not have asked for more.

        Wonderful group

        Austin Funeral and Cremation Services goes above and beyond to make those who are grieving feel like they have someone on their side. They work hard to make people feel better on what can be one of the hardest days. Very special group of people!

        Austin Funeral & Cremation Services have done 3 funerals for my family in the past and they are simply the best! They go above and beyond to make some of the hardest days a little bit easier. Their attention to detail, compassion and servant hearts are just a few of the things that I love about these ladies. I will always recommend them to any family or friends!

        These Guys Are Real Pros

        After a recent funeral my wife and I decided to pre-plan our own funerals. Carol Austin came to our home and explained all options clearly. She also had a fees list which she went over with us. She really made it easy.
