Robin was insightful, professional and did great work over all. When we come back through town, I will definitely stop in again

Despite some of the negative feedback below, my sister and I had our noses pierced at this place for her birthday. The owner was VERY nice and professional. He did an excellent job and gave us detailed after care instructions. The shop was very clean and the needles were sterilized. Over all it was an great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional job done right.

This business has alot of issues....alot mostly the owner...
They are randomly open, their artist are randomly there, and the owner is rude and inappropriate with his customers.
He called me a sissy when he pierced my ear and yelled and cussed at me when tears came to my eyes.
The store is messy and dusty, he says he uses hospital sterile procedures, ok sure every doctor touches everything in reach with gloves on....
I wont go back, my piecing got infected and I did as I was instructed...so Im thinking Its his so called sterile invironment......and oh ya......perfessionals dont ask their customers for their number.....or comment on their body parts....in a non professioal way....
Serious issues in this establishment!!!!!

Always wanted my nose pierced - wanted to be sure it was something I'd never regret so waited until I was ... um ... 'older'.
Went to Alien Ink with questions galore about the jewelry and process and was really pleased with the patience with which my queries were answered.
The owner, Robin was professional prior to the piercing, quick during it and extremely thorough following the procedure. I left (of course with that feeling of excitement and glee) but well armed with all of my care instructions.
I would definitely use Alien Ink again for future body adornments.

seriously do not go here. I got my first tattoo when I was 16. It was a small butterfly on my right shoulder. I am now about to turn 18 and it is raised out of my skin. The art sucks. When I went it was my first tattoo and it HURT i mean more than it should have according to everybody.(it hurt more than when I fractured every bone in my hand by dropping a 16 foot 4 x4 on it) The artist told me that "it doesnt hurt that bad" now it is raised out of the skin and the color is crap. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! just trying to say someone else from spending their money and time in this place.
As the owner of Alien Ink Tattoo, I am really sorry that you had this experience with your tattoo. As everybody is different, so is skin. Some skin keloids, as in raised tissue and some don't. In my opinion, all tats hurt to some degree. Every pain tolerance is different also. What doesn't hurt me might be too much for someone else to handle and vise-a-versa. Many things can happen to the color of a tat. IE; too much sun, bad care, ink rejection are a few. Outlines sometimes raise in some weather conditions. We have always offered free touch ups within 3 weeks of the tat. Further more, it is really important that you tell the artist that you have health conditions that will impare your healing and how you heal. AND, to leave a review a year after you get a tat is a bit odd. Thank you for your review and I'm sure that anyone that reads it, will understand.
