Dr. Alvarez is not an OB I would ever suggest any one go see!!! He literally is careless and neglectful!!! He sent me home in the middle of "induced" labor at 25 weeks, in which my baby had already passes away. (As if I had not experienced pure hell already!) I exclaimed to him that after being induced with my other pregnancy's that I do not dilate right away but once I do its straight to ten..and how badly I did not want to have my very sick baby at home! He said "what we going to tell your insurance that you came here to watch TV?" I ended up being sent home in labor after having 800mg of cytotec and traumatically/abruptly having the baby in my home. The placenta of course was still very much attached (my baby was only 25 wks!!) and I was hemorrhaging. I went back to the hospital where he ordered for the nurse to have me "walk" around with my placenta hanging out all day for 12 hrs until he finally came in with his cocky attitude taking no accountability for his carelessness! He sent me home agian without any type of DnC. I have suffered severe endometrial infections, bleeding out in public, high blood pressure, all due to his neglect! Not to mention eight months later, after doing my own research and with the help of a good Dr. all of this (my baby's death) could have been avoided!! I was grossly misdiagnosed more than once by Dr. Alvarez and his associate physician Dr. Thomas" I am now aware that it was very unfortunate I just chose the WRONG" Dr. !!!
