        I needed parts for my Mercedez and went to AutoZone to order the initial part. This led to the necessity to order additional parts. An associate made a mistake and the store manager "Gabby" went way above and beyond to "make it right". Gabby was very concerned about the problem and did everything in her power to give me an "amazing" customer service experience. I highly recommend this store, and commend Gabby for taking responsibility as the manager for a co-worker's mistake. Gabby's actions took what could have been the loss of a customer, and turned the experience into one of "loyalty" and gratitude.
