Bullhead Urgent Care

This office is fantastic. Everyone is so nice and thorough, and I feel very respected and cared about when I am at this urgent care. Dr. Wagner and his team are the best!

Most of the staff there are very nice. Went there in Feb 2017 and follow up in March until I found a primary physician. I'm new to the area as a retiree. I paid up front copay (prior to seeing Dr) then the balance after my insurance paid them. They are not set up for electronic billing so I walked the bill in and paid my balances. Last one was paid on 4/3/2017. I get a phone call on 05/03/2017 that I have a delinquent bill of $35. After locating my receipt I contacted them and they insisted I owe them and when I gave them the receipt number they said that they didn't have any with that number at first. After a long wait time on hold they said they found it with no apology to me whatsoever and they kept trying to silence me, said I was being irate then hung up on me twice. Watch these people and their billing staff if you go there, keep your receipts, and report any suspicious activities, ESPECIALLY seniors!!!

This place is the best of the best they took me right in did the necessary testing and have the results available within 30 minutes if ever you have to visit a place in an emergency this is the place to go.
