Colorado River Eye Care

My first visit ever (for my eye exam) was perfect. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient with me. I especially enjoyed talking with Dr Jones, Mary and Brandy.



Now my second visit (to pick up the glasses) is where the previous stellar service was shot to he££. Having never been here before to pick up glasses, I didn't know procedure. Since the receptionist was on the phone when I walked in, I signed in on the sign in sheet. Although the store was packed, there was only one name above mine on the sheet. Under "reason for visit" I noted I was there to "PU my glasses". After about 45 minutes of boredom, I decide to walk up to the receptionist to ask how much longer. Turns out the name I had watched her mark off on the list a half hour prior was my name and not the one above me. It was at that point she informed me I could walk straight to the back window to pickup.



That annoyed the $#¡+ out of me because she didn't bother to see if I was still there waiting when she marked off my name. I signed in right in front of her, too. Even if I wasn't supposed to sign in on that sheet, why wouldn't you ask if Im still waiting for help before crossing off my name?



Anyway, the second visit was negative one star as opposed to the first visit of 5 stars. Average it out to two. What took nearly an hour should have only been 10 minutes
