She should have 0 stars. Worst DR I have ever been to. Does nothing about the reason you are there. Don’t waste your time. Find a real doctor

Went there today, staff was next to hostile when I, as per my mother in law's request, tried to go back to her appointment with her. They, the female staff member who called my mother in law back, and the girl behind the counter, tried to deny me access and I had to remind them, multiple times, it's her right as a patient to have a family member or trusted friend with her as an advocate to act of her behalf, and the one woman staff member started raising her voice to me. I told her, "there's no need to yell", which put her on the defensive and she changed her tune very quickly and they allowed me back with her, to wait in another room while she got her test done, that left her in tears from pain from having to lie there for so long. The staff member did apologize for her behavior, and she deserves some credit for that. However, I was very unimpressed with the doctor. He strutted into the room with that kind of self importance most doctors have, totally in disregard of me, would not look me in the eye, kept cutting me off when I gave my opinion as to the poor patient care she had been receiving, and just prescribed her more meds without giving her a complete list of side effects and explaining it in a way she could understand. Not to mention he was not even her primary, because she 'didn't have time' to see her that day. Every good doctor takes a patient's opinions and concerns about their own health seriously, weather they agree or not. As a professional, it is not their place to TELL people what to do with their bodies, but to suggest the best course of action, in their professional opinion. People always have the god given right to disagree. As many other reviewers have stated about the doctors who work at this facility, I would not waste your time here unless you want to be disrespected and your rights violated. These people are asking for a lawsuit.
