        if you want pain control then dont go to this dr.he is constantly dropping the ball. the dont care about their patients,all they are to him is his porsche or hummer payments.the doctors of arizona are the worst of all the doctors in this usa.all they want is the insurances money.what happened to the idea of caring for patients.
