Impossible to make an appointment without a 1 to 2 month wait. Receptionist kind of rude. Unfortunately can't really rate the doctors if you're unable to set up a timely appointment to even see one. Opted for other medical care instead.

Some care providers and staff members here are awesome. Unfortunately, most aren't. My provider was rude, curt, and wrote the wrong diagnosis and populated my medical record with inaccuracies.. I assume this was from being in a hurry. When I attempted to address the errors in my record the next day, the provider refused to see me face to face for a 1 minute conversation (though she was present). In the end, it took 1 week to correct a 2 letter typo (it would have taken even longer to the other inaccuracies), and I found out that the provider herself gave me inaccurate information about which lab tests I needed to take. If you qualify for and can access care anywhere else, I recommend going anywhere but North Country.

1/22/15 since November of 14 they have sent me to collections on a bill I paid, broke the HIPPA law by sending my employer instead of my off work note and have taken 6 weeks to get a prescription refilled. If you go here good luck because you are going to need it!
