Thankyou Perfect Touch!My mom was in the hospital. I went to Perfect Touch to get flowers for her. I was so sad, but they were so kind and caring, it really touched my heart! They made me a Beautiful arrangement for a wonderful price! When my mom received the flowers gave her a big, long missed smile :D Thank you!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered flowers through FTD, which has a partnership with USAA for the military. FTD was great. The "Perfect" Touch was not. The flowers were for my grandmother's birthday and were supposed to be a surprise. First I get a call from FTD saying that the florist did not have the exact arrangement I ordered. They offered to replace yellow roses with pink ones, which was perfectly fine, and I was assured that the flowers would still be delivered that day. But, the florist did not deliver the flowers on time even though I paid for same day delivery. However, they sent me an email that the order was delivered anyways. Once I received the email that the flowers had been delivered I sent my mom to my grandma's house to get them because nobody was home (they were out celebrating her birthday). Per the confirmation email I received, the florist would leave the flowers on the porch if they were protected or contact the customer if there was a delivery issue. Since I received an email that they had been delivered I was under the impression that they had been left at the given address. My mom showed up and there were no flowers delivered. I called FTD and was told that there were no notes in the file stating problems with delivery. They tried to contact the florist but it was after business hours. I was told by FTD that the flowers would be redelivered first thing in the morning with an upgrade. I accepted this as a reasonable solution even though they would be arriving late.

The next morning at 0930 my grandma called the florist to find out when they would be delivered because she had plans. The florist told my grandma that the delivery truck already left for the day, so the soonest they would show up was 4:15PM! She also told her that they would not leave them on the porch because it was too hot. She then told my grandma that she could come in and pick them up if she wanted them sooner. So...the flowers are too precious to leave on the porch but you can tell a 71 year old woman to come out in the same heat to get her birthday flowers? Awesome... My grandma picked them up and the florist told her that she included a few free carnations because she didn't have to do the delivery.

And then...I received a picture of the arrangement. IT WAS AWFUL, CHEAP, AND DID NOT MATCH THE PICTURE OR DESCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE!!!! Unfortunately for the florist, I order flowers ALL the time. I know when someone is trying to substitute flowers to save money. The florist was a total crook. Only a handful of roses, a few daisies, and carnations. Definitely not what I paid for.

I called the florist and did not receive a call back. So I contacted FTD and I will be refunded. They are also aware that the florist told us that we should go through them directly next time, instead of a 3rd party. Clearly they do not care about third party orders, which are just as expensive as direct ordering.

BOTTOM LINE!!! STAY AWAY!!! There are plenty of florists in the area that aren't trying to pull a fast one.

Every time I go in to A Perfect Touch, the people there are so pleasant and Tara will work with so you have the best flowers every. The name of her shop is true to her floral designs, she does have the Perfect Touch. I have never been dissatisfied and her arrangements are just beautiful. The service is the best in town. She also has a lot of really nice specialty items, very unique. Sometimes, I just stop in to look around and end up with something unique. This is the greatest florist I have every been to.

I have seen many of Tara's wedding flowers and they are absolutely beautiful. In fact, all of her arrangements and just outstanding. Tara and Bryan are just the greatest people. Delivers are done swiftly and carefully, Bryan does not porch flowers. He makes sure somebody is home for the deliver.

You have to check out the Perfect Touch-I've worked with Tara for many years, and I'm always amazed at her incredible work. She has always gone above and beyond in meeting our expectations and succeeding in what my brides are looking for. I have never had a complaint, nor have I ever been let down. She always has what my brides are looking for and if she doesn't she'll do her best to get it. If you have never used Tara, give her a shot, I'm sure you'll be amazed at her work!! A Great Person to work with!!
