Be aware of the office staff if you plan to go to this office!

I was a first time patient who attempted to schedule an appointment approximately 2 months ago, when I called I was told that the office was busy and asked if I could call back. I was surprised that they did not take my number to call me back. A couple weeks later I called again to schedule an appointment and let them know that I was a new patient.

The Saturday afternoon before my Tuesday appointment I received voice mail from the Dr.'s office with a reminder of my appointment and notified to arrive early as I would have to fill out forms given I was a new patient. I was also told I could save some time if I went to their website to download the new patient forms if I wanted to fill them out ahead of time. I did get the forms from the site and filled them out.

When I arrived for my appointment I with my forms filled out I was told you don't accept Aetna or my PPO. This should have been told to me when I scheduled the appointment. The receptionist made it clear that any services would be out of pocket on my part and I would have to work with my insurance company directly. Had I know this I could have done it AHEAD of time. This was a waste of my time.

I can't speak to the services provided by the doctors, but I can tell you that the office staff needs to be educated on how to do their job, from the woman to I spoke with to make my appointment to the receptionist who abruptly said, "we don't accept this insurance" followed by it would be on me to follow-up with my insurance company on any claims.

The attitude in the office was very poor. The impression they give is that they focus on cosmetic procedures then providing true health care.

Dr Larian is my favorite! He has helped my hubby with many skin issues and is always pro active. We feel very comfortable with him and enjoy the office staff as well!

Went here recently and the building is kind of hard to recognize.Different offices/building can be confusing.staff are friendly and dr administered perfectly.office needs updating on the decor.

Just had my first skin check at this moment practice and was very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the office. I was in and out. I don't not have any experience with their cosmetic products or procedures, so I don't have any input in that department.

I have been going to Dr. Benest's Office for about 6 months now, and I LOVE it! Dr. Benest was extremely knowlegable and knew exactly what would help my issue! Since doing what she recommended I have noticed a tremendous change in my skin for the better, and wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else. The office is super friendly and always helpful! I think that anyone who has a need for a good skin Doctor should go here!!

Having had skin cancer run in my family I needed to find a good dermatologist for a complete body check. After investigating the dermatologists in my area thoroughly I decided on Dr. Benest from all the great reviews that I read. The staff was gracious and efficient and moved the process along smoothly. Dr. Benest was so friendly and professional and I felt comfortable during the examination. I'm so relieved to have found such a nice office to work with. I had to write this review to let everyone searching out there for a dermatologist what a great experience I had. This office gets a thumbs up from me!!!!
