Lowe's Home Improvement

My place to go for all my home improvement needs and a good selection in the garden center. The staff are always very helpful and polite.

Spent a lot of time at this store during our kitchen renovation. I'm pleased with the selection, and the service is great once you can get someone... But that can take quite awhile. Had a VERY hard time getting help in the kitchen area, but easy time in flooring. Their return policy is excellent and they were able to return some unused products that I had lost receipts for by looking them up on my card.

We love Lowes! Cruising around the isles.. buying stuff we don't need cause it's cool! Thanks for always having a great selection!

I like the layout of this store. They have a ginormous Christmas section this year!

Sometimes you have to wait to talk to someone, but they are very helpful & usually friendly.

This location is clean and organized. People that work there can be hard to find at times when you need their help. Overall a good lowes.

This Lowes is good and the parking is easy. They have a decent selection and pretty helpful staff. I had to return something once and that wait was pretty bad.

I've never walked out of Lowe's 100% happy. I can't quite tell if it is the not quite good enough selection or the un-knowledgeable staff. Most recently I needed a Lowe's-specific part to finish a project. They "couldn't" get on for another month (and then only maybe), but I managed to find stock at a different store outside of the region and have a relative just ship it to me. They just seem to consistently miss the mark.

I find the store more organize than Home Depot although selection is quite the same. It's hard to find help like in other stores but once you find one, he'll help you find what you need and give you suggestions without any pressure. So far, I am happy with the quality of products I bought from this store.

Lowe's staff are friendly and very helpful, and their selection and products are superior to Home Depot. My wife and I always prefer Lowe's for the projects we have around the house.

Love the convenient hours. The store is clean compared to Home Depot.

My wife and I just recently purchased our first home and needed a few extra things such as; new tile for our floors, washer and dryer and backyard tools and some more accessories. At the flooring department we met with a cool sales representative by the name of Lezzar, he was extra knowledgeable and extremely helpful, as young as he looked, he knew a lot, he gave us ideas, and explain what and how it would be done and which way would be the best method to have our floors installed, the cost and all, he was absolutely educated and very pleasant to deal with, we went ahead and bought from him. My wife and I cant thank lezzar enough. so we decided to google Lowe's in his behave and post a review for excellency on Lowe's Flooring's Department, he even went out of this way to take time and walk with us, guide us through the other stuff we needed. Lowe's manager you have an awesome team member employee in your store. We the O'connors highly recommend Lowe's in Burbank, if you are in need of any type of flooring for your home ; ask for Lezzar and tell him Luke & Jen O'Conner posted this review and referral you!
