Seem to have everything one would need for hour pet. I purchased 2 beta fish. They had quite a selection.

We like Pet Co... yet whenever we go there, the clothes selection for our 10 pound doggie is slim! We wish they had a bigger selection.

Love that they always have what I need for my fur baby and introduce me to things for her I never would have thought of and love sharing with her!

Convenient location if you live near the west side of Burbank. Lots of choices, clean space, dwindling can get help when you need it

3 stars because you never know what you are going to get in regards to service. Sometimes it's great and other times it can be downright rude. I have to say though that the guy who helps us in the fish area is always great.

We go to petco for dog, snake and fish supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We always find what we need there.

They have everything you need.. That's where I get all my stuff for my dogs... Great place to shop for your pets.

We've been bringing our dog here for grooming for the past 4 years and I would say that they did a fair job. However, today we had an appointment for grooming and we showed up with our dog, when one of the groomers asked us out of the blue, how old our dog was. Well, she is my mom's dog and we didn't really know how old she was so my brother told the woman that he thought our dog was probably 13 or 14 years old (she's 13). So this groomer then tells my brother that they cant take our dog anymore since they dont accept any dogs for grooming beyond 12 years old!!! Imagine, after patronising this establishment for the passed 4years or so, they waited for us to show up then tell us they couldn't do work on our dog anymore!!! You'd think that they would have all the information in the dog's records and they could have told us when we had made the appointment!!!! BAD, BAD, BAD!!! So beware, if your dog is getting old, he/she WILL get discriminated upon, and they won't even tell you before you bring your dog in.

Do not leave your pets there. I had been going there for a couple of years, so this past week, I called to make an appointment for my pup to get a shave and was given one immediately. When I showed up, the girl told me that not only did they not have the time for her but that I asked for a bath and a trim, not a shave. Clearly she was thinking of someone else. She was not unpleasant, but she couldn't remember the day, my name (which I wrote down on the paperwork) and insisted we had a conversation that never happened (twice). They couldn't find my info on the computer either and that's when I realized that leaving my pup with forgetful and clearly unorganized people was almost dangerous. I will never again return there.

The only difference is determined by the staff. I have always found them to be friendly and helpful, although sometimes not as knowledgeable as I would like.
