Small, intimate, cute place to meet friends for coffee and a pastry. Parking is usually doable and I've never had something I didn't like.

Just had a meeting there today. Love your iced tea and pastries. The service and atmosphere is wonderful.

Stopped here tonight for a latte during Holiday in the Park. It was wonderful. Friendly service and reasonably priced.

This is one of the most charming places on Magnolia, even in Burbank! I went for a business meeting and then immediately started taking all my friends for fun. Food and coffee are amazing and fresh - decor is precious!

This place has such a cool, fun vibe. The food is DELISH! I love their Italian chopped salad and homemade pop tarts! The also have yummy sandwiches and breads . If you like Porto's, you will LOVE this place. Not overly crowed, with awesome food! Parking is a little bit of an issue, so get there early and park anywhere close. The walk to the restaurant will be lined with all the cute Magnolia Park shops. Check it out!

The quiche is amazing and so are a lot of the goodies on display, which are made by a local mom. Other than that, I am not super impressed with much else. The atmosphere is nice, but the staff never listens when I ask them to only give me the quiche. I am not into a handful of greens and tiny bowl of berries, so it is super wasteful to continue to put them on my plate when I specifically ask for them to be omitted. They also seem to make the green tea different every time I order it....sometimes it has mint and other times it doesn't....I dislike inconsistency.

Cute atmosphere, coffee is good. I haven't tried any of their food yet, but it all looks great. Cute neighborhood spot.

I go here for the atmosphere. It's a really sweet place... Charming. Service is ok. Sometimes I just want the anti-Starbucks coffee experience. This is it.

Love the cappuccino & blueberry muffins! Yummy lunch menu, everything I've tried has been good.
To go orders take a bit to long.
Sometimes it takes to long for specialty drinks.
