Plenty of parking.
Not a lot of staff if you need help.
Most toys are overpriced. I'll stick to Target for toys.
I honestly hardly ever go in, only if my kid's beg me.
It is so easy to order toys online now but nothing beats being able to go to the store and actually see the product and what is available. This store always has a great selection to choose from and regular deals. They will also price match.
Took the kids over to spend their Christmas cash, and as usual this place is crazy with customers but not enough sales help on the floor. The store was a mess and it didn't help that there weren't enough employees in the store.
Great selection, we always find what we're looking for, but we are always stuck in huge long lines. Usually there is one line open and they don't make an effort to open another lane.
It's the selection I like at Toys R Us. They often will carry what I'm looking for. The cleanliness of the store can be improved. There are too many open packages that are just put back on the shelf. Lastly please have more check out lanes available.
My son is a big fan of this location of course, but he'd be a big fan of any warehouse of toys. The parking is good, the selection is good. Eh? It doesn't make me feel warm and fuzzy inside as a consumer. The staff rarely acknowledges anyone and the inside is largely in need of an update.
Lots of parking and clean store but usually have trouble getting help.
customer service is horrible...tons of attitude...I live so close to this Toys R Us and I'll drive to the one in Glendale...just stick with the Glendale one...it's bigger and has more stuff anyway...
the staff is not helpful and they don't want to help you. when they are trying to help they don't add much value and do not solve or answer your issue.
This toys r us has the WORST customer service ever. They make no effort in heklping the customers in any way. I remained on the phone for 30 minutes and I had to drive to the store. I figured that they would ave been busy but when I got there I saw the employees playing around and discussing who was going to go on the Starbucks run. These employees are very unproffessional in every way!
