Walmart Supercenter

I wanted to take a moment to thank Department Manager Artemis for all of her help! I went in to buy a simple coffeemaker, and it turned out there was one coffeemaker of the kind shown in stock within the entire store. Artemis thoroughly searched the entire store, including the backroom, to find the item I needed, but had no luck. She took down my name and phone number, and promised to give me a call as soon as she had an update. She gave me a call first thing in the morning with the good news that she had found the item I needed in stock... I can honestly say I have never had better service at Wal-Mart, and it was all thanks to Artemis!

Honestly, I'm not a Walmart fan, but I finally went into the burbank store and I was absolutely shocked! It's huge, clean and offered almost anything I could imagine!!

I typically only go to Walmart when the nearby Target is out of something. It's big and organized which I like. Nothing negative to say but it's just not my first choice to shop.

I can't believe I'm doing this... I'm the lady who called the people running for local election to see if they would keep Walmart out, but I have to say that they have won me over. It's a Walmrt- it's not going to be fancy, but their grocery department has more variety, and be lower cost than Target. Their toys tend to be more expensive than Target's toys though. Also, their employees have been very good in general.

Not my favorite big box store, but it works. They actually have a decent market portion. The prices see ok.

I am not a huge fan of Walmart, but they have a few food items I can't find anywhere else. Their produce selection is very good, too.

I was so excited that they were opening a Walmart in Burbank because I ordered online only because the others are far. Well this Walmart is small, and not impressive at all. The people that work in the service area are horrible and do not even know the stores return policies. I will stick to shopping at target or if I want something from Walmart I'll purchase it online.

Much smaller than the Walmart in Pacomia and less inventory. It's ok but hasn't stopped me from going to competitor near by.

I've been shopping at Walmart in Rosemead and Pico Rivera for over 10 years. I decided to shop at Walmart in Burbank. I received the best customer service by Daniel and John, both beyond helpful and friendly. I bought a futon, not sure it will fit in the back seat of my car, they said they will make sure it fits and they sure did. The cashier informed me of the survey, something I was never told about at other Walmarts, the survey is my next step. All Walmarts have great customer service, but Burbank takes the 1 spot.

My family went on the 2nd day they opened the store. As expected it was packed. The people at the Pharmacy Dept. were still "in-training" so the service was very slow. They were very helpful though. They apologized for the slow service and thanked me for my patience. They have good selection to choose from the products they sell. It took us about 15-20 minutes to check out at the register. Nevertheless, we returned on a weekend when it wasn't too crazy yet. An employee approached if I need some help. Actually, I was having a hard time deciding which item to get. He gave me an advise which I considered. When you can't decide, choose the cheapest. In this tough times, we have to value money. I went home happy and felt good with my purchase.

I am so so happy to have this store here finally.

It's really very nice and clean and everyone is so helpful.

I Haver to go again because I didn't get to see everything.

It's huge and nicely layed out.
