We chose Staley Glass for a shower install as part of a big master bath remodel. Standard job. They came, measured and came back to install. Didn't fit. Kept calling them with no response, Finally got someone to measure again, came to install & still didn't fit. Total nightmare. Threw off our remodel & we couldn't use shower for almost 2 months while it was otherwise done. One of the hinges broke 1 mo later causing the pane to slide so wouldn't close. Said a screw wasn't tight enough. Another hinge was leaking rust somehow. Said they would call me in 2-3 days with part in hand to schedule fixing that. I waited 4 weeks and no call. Called back and they said they would send someone Friday. Friday came and no one, not even a call. Called back and they gave me owner's cell phone. Left a message and he never called back. There were even more issues with them not returning calls, etc. Thought Comcast was worst cust service but these guys have them beat. Still not right 6 months later.

I can't speak of the business but I can speak of the honesty and integrity of Addison and his father, Dennis Brinkman. This father son team seriously misrepresented a used car to a struggling 20 year old girl who needed a car. She only works part-time and had saved for a car. This duo had rebuilt the top end of the motor and put a new water pump on it. It was a dependable great car according to them. She bought it on Saturday 12-5-15 and it left her stranded going to work on Monday, 12-7-15. Dennis was contacted that morning and agreed to take the car back, but it all changed by that afternoon when the car was returned. He also agreed to replace the thermostat, but never responded to attempted contacts. Needless to say, they had put a water pump on the car because it was running hot after 30 miles of continuous driving. Turns out the head gasket was blown and they took advantage of a 20 year old girl. All I can say is buyers, beware of this duo at Staley Glass!

My husband and I were thrilled with the service we received by Staley Glass! They even came out after hours to help with our small emergency and were so kind! Their glass was an even better quality than what we started with, so the product was good. But what we were most impressed with was the timely, punctual, and KIND demeanor of their staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

It saddens me that I have to write a 3 star review because the installers were very knowledgeable, quick, and personable. However their receptionist was rude and out of line when I was trying to educate myself on how their service works. I had broken my living room window which is about 10 inches from the floor and I have a 2 year old running around. So the day I broke the window I tried calling around to multiple different places to see who could fix the window the fastest so that my son would not cut himself in the week quoted for the new window to be ordered and installed. I had asked about having them clean the glass from the window Mary (the receptionist) suggested that I put cardboard up to block the window. However this was not going to work. Anyone who has a 2 year old knows that something new in a room means they must play with it. I was looking for a better alternative. After a exhaustive discussion with Mary about options that my family had, which was pay them to come out and put cardboard up over the window I replied that i could do that but I still didn't understand what they would do if I had a single ply window that was now open to the elements. In her frustration she told me that she had been answering phones for a dozen years and she could tell that they couldn't please me and I should take my business elsewhere.

So I took a step back and replied that i didn't understand their process. "I have not cussed at you, raised my voice, or called you names and I am just trying to understand why there is no other options than cardboard for a week." After this statement she came with a new tune and said that I could pay to have a temporary window installed for the week. I said great installer was out two hours later measuring cleaning and installing a temporary window. He also informed me that do to new state laws the window has to be tempered and we ended up buying another window for my sons room that was tempered as well along with two screens. So today I got the new windows installed. once again the installer was amazing, quick and was even better with my son. Great guy! So I called Staley glass right after he left to pay the rest of my bill and talk to Mary about how she treated me and handled my call on the first day. She still had the same attitude and told me she didn't need a lecture. I have been requesting a call from Mike (owner) for over a week and she told me that he is out of town. I have to assume she is telling the truth but I have my skepticism. Long story short the product and service was exactly what I would hope for at $435.18. However my encounter with Mary will make me shop elsewhere in the future do to the lack of people skills and her need to refuse to apologize for her tone and rhetoric to me. I would have taken my business elsewhere after day one if I would have found anyone that was replacing just glass instead of the whole frame.
