        Horrible, Just Horrible

        I certainly hope you don't need service quickly if you call these people. You'll spend about an hour on hold, and then you will have to wait weeks to get hooked up. It's really sad. Just a side note, definately do not use their online chat for assistance with service. The person you will talk with is in India and cannot understand anything.
