I broke down along I-75 and called AAA, didn't have to wait long at all until they came and towed me to the shop, about 30 minutes! Fixed my problem at a reasonable price, clip came off of my transmission lines and they fixed it within about an hour. Great group of guys, very nice and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you for all of your help in a timely manner!

Rip Off!!!! Paid $2300 for a new rear end on my van. Only to find out from a expert mechanic that the rear end bolts had never been turned. Original rear end still there. So they just did a patch job and put my worker back on the road only to end in a fire and a junked vehicle. I am taking them to court.

My wife's car got towed in a couple of weeks ago because it wouldn't start. They did the initial look over and said that she needed a new battery & new alternator and the total was going to come up to a little under $900 for the work and the parts. My wife called me to let me know & when she called back to give them the go ahead he told her that they found a loose wire on the alternator and it was fine so all she needed was a battery. They could have easily went ahead and put in the new alternator and charged her for the work since she told them that they could go ahead and work on it, but they didn't. You don't get honesty like that anymore. We would highly recommend them.

Wow! We used to do business with them a lot but things have changed! We hired them to tow a customers truck today and they charged $1000 for a 39 mile tow! When asking for explanation of cost our owner was treated as if he were stupid and the driver was rude. When then told we wouldn't be using them again the driver said that was fine.

They were very late from what Triple A stated. We needed ride home and there was two guys. We had told AAA that. The driver and his side kick didn't care about our situation. I've complained to AS A and called Wilson's towing in Cartersville. They provide quicker service and were great. Do not use these clowns.

I have brought my car in three different time (for three different problems) and each time I have been treated fairly.



My best recommendations is that I will return.
