If your considering Terry Reid Hyndai then run,run as fast as you can. The salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. I test drove a white hyndai sonata turbo with the back up cameras and heated seats but after purchasing the car when we got home we realized we had the wrong car. They had stuck me with the 2011 instead of the 2012 I test drove and wanted but the paperwork was all the right paperwork. The salesman knew what he was doing and everytime I take it in for a oil change they want to try to make me do this or buy that and threaten the loss of my warranty. I will never buy from them again and I suggest you all run as fast as you can!!!!

Lanny is a great sales person, helpful, educated on the vehicles, genuinely interested in helping the customer. Lanny helped me determine the best vehicle for me, told me everything about it inside and out. Even showed an old school driver how to drive a new fangled car. Very happy with my experience. Coming to Terry Reid Hyundai is like going to a 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. Everyone greets you right away, smiles all around including customers and the service is just out of this world. The prices of the cars are also very reasonable and you get a better bang for your buck. You gotta try them out.

Terry Reid Hyundai has the best deals around. I got a brand new car with a low interest rate. The car is fully loaded and as a plus it's the color I wanted. The service I received while doing the paperwork and all the crazy stuff was really good. I definitely will shop here again.

I came to Terry Reid Hyundai looking for a good running family car. I had no idea how reasonably priced there cars were. I thought I was going to have to get a used car, but I was able to get myself a brand new one. I was extremely happy.

I bought a 2010 used Dodge Challenger which I traded a perfect no flaws 2006 Corvette for. For the trade I was offered 5000.00 below value for my car. I took the challenger for a test drive and everything seemed ok on the overcast day? I looked over the body and from what I saw everything looked ok. The salesman had told me about the options on the car while test driving. One of these wast the phone connect on the radio for hands free calling. We made the trade even though the money was $5000.00 under where it should be. I got the car home and then the sun came out. The paint on the front was rock chipped badly, the phone connect was not on this vehicle, the aftermarket cool air intake was not on as told. I tried to contact but they would not return any of my requests to follow up on the issues. I contacted the BBB and they contacted, nothing was resolved here either. All I want to do is help others not to make the same mistake and purchase from Terry Reid Hyundai. Unfortunately this is a Buyer Beware type Dealership and I would hate to see anyone else have to go through this as I have had to do……. I will tell everyone I know of the lack of ethics as a dealership that has been exhibited by this company. No one should have to feel as if they were taken or their trust violated.

Looking around for a new car that is affordable is hard these days. But there are a few dealers that make it possible, Hyundai is one of them. I went to Terry Reid Hyundai and they were really nice and very affordable cars. They even had used cars for great prices. I was able to get a new car with the great warranty that we all know about and have a great payment. Im really glad I went to Terry Reid Hyundai.

I spoke with mike on the phone after looking online at a vehicle I liked. He knew everything I asked him, I set up a time to go and look at the vehicle. Needless to say I test drove it and it was everything I wanted. Just had to get the bank loan. Ended up being easier than I thought it would be! I went to the Hyundai dealership with no plans on actually buying a Hyundai, however after going to the dealership and looking at the Elantra limited, my wife and I were really impressed. We went to the other Hyundai dealer in town to compare, after going there they were not even in the same ballpark (price, professionalism) as Catersville Hyundai. I would recommend everyone go to both dealerships and compare. So then it was the dreaded time to start negotiations, at our surprise the salesman was honest and everything he told us turned out to be true. He was not the typical sleazy salesman and advocated for us to get the best deal. After getting the price down to what we wanted we decided to purchase, and the salesman stayed with us answered questions and made sure everything went smooth and trained us on some of the amazing features in the new car. He stayed with us until we were comfortable with how to work all of these new devices. It was a smooth process that was enjoyable. Thank you for your honest work.

Purchased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. LOVE THE CAR! and had very little hassel getting it. Salesman took his time explaing all the parts of the car that are not common in gas guzzlers, and got a good deal on price. Of course, anyone who goes to a dealership without doing their homework and using some negotiating skills is not going to get a good deal. Nice selection, beautiful newly designed cars, and good service. Do your homework, and definitiely go to Terry Reid Hyundai if your looking for a hyundai.

I just recently purchased a new 2012 Sonata and it could not have been a more pleasurable experience. I was nervous and a little frightened, but my salesman Clifton was an absolute blessing. Not only did he help me pick the perfect car, but he ensured that I got the best deal. He definitely knows how to treat a customer and a lady. As long as he is there Terry Reid will always have my and my family's business!

This is now Terry Reid Hyundai. Too bad you have to give at least one star to post a review. They don't deserve a rating...but a warning to others is definitely needed! By far the worst experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing automobiles. I was provided a quote by Tony Civilla then told he had made a mistake and provided with a corrected quote. When I couldn't come in that morning (Thursday...I was working!) I was then told the car had been sold. I visited their dealership two days later and found the car was still on the lot. I had the printed quote in-hand and went in to buy it from a different salesman, I was told they would meet the quote I'd been provided and that I wouldn't have to work with the salesman that lied to me. When we sat down to do the paperwork the salesman took the WRITTEN quote to the general manager, John Kuniskis. The salesman came back with a price of $562 more than I had been quoted. When I showed him on the quote what the drive out price was supposed to be he went back and was told that they would not sell me the vehicle for that price even though I had it in writing. They did what they had to do to get me into their dealership then pulled a bait and switch on me with their written quote. BUYER BEWARE!!! Go to Jim Ellis Hyundai instead, I received an honest and straight forward quote and that is where I will buy.
