Okay well I want to say that the system you have blows. You let these deadbeats.. get away with everything.. they could lay down and make the babies and then your system allows them to come and go into these childrens lives whenever they want. You wonder why these children grow up all emotionally messed up well its because you allow these losers mess with their heads and get away with it. You allow these losers to live in complete filth, feces, urine, moldy food all over the place, and STILL give them the children, who later suffer. Your CPS system sucks. The only way something is done about these situations, is when something bad happens to these children. Thats when you will say Oh we didnt know... . You get paid to do nothing. To listen to people and brush it off when they leave. You all suck. Its a shame you wasted so much money to get where you are today and still cant say you are at all successful.
