Just went to Moon Valley Nurseries in Chandler and as always I received great customer service. Manny helped me out and I asked for him specifically because he always has great customer service. If you go to the Chandler location go see Manny. He is patient and knowledgeable.

Awesome! They are very helpful and friendly, which is why I continue to come back over and over. Everyone is very knowledgeable on the products and has patience towards the customers. Thanks =)

I was and am still very impressed with the service and price for moon valley's trees. They came to my house for FREE to design my yard and came out to plant. I’m glad because my ground is really hard to dig in. Then the driver gave me great advice on how to water my new plant. I am very happy with their service and follow through. They even replaced 1 of my mesquite trees that died. What a great company. I am very pleased with their service.

They are very helpful, personable, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time to help us find the right trees. They also understood what we were looking for and didn't try to sell us something we did not want. Delivery was sharp on time...awesome! Planting five trees took the team maybe 1.5hrs. Very friendly and professional. They even wrapped the trunks with the protection tape for sunburn. Their team did a great job!!

We came here In search of plants that would survive EVERYTHING but would still and character, color, and shade... Being clueless as to what plants those are (we're new to the desert landscape), They were SO helpful. On a 100+ degree day she bared the heat and walked us around the huge nursery to show us exactly what we were looking for! After a short discussion, we decided on a beautiful palm tree we would have never known about without their expertise! Then, to top it off, their delivery date was WAY sooner than expected!! So awesome! Our tree comes tomorrow, we can't wait to see it!!! Thanks so much.

Great Experience! We were building out our backyard and Sam was awesome to work with. Helped us pick great trees, excellent shrubs, iand he was very knowledgeable! Both he and his manager Chris did a great job helping us. The crew came right on time, planted everything ,and make sure we understood watering and how to care of our new trees and plants before they left. They were excellent. Highly recommended!

Where should I start. All of the team sold me on my very first visit! I am a loyal customer and it's simply becuase of all of you!

My wife and I wanted an orange tree for our back yard. As we walked in a gentleman met us at the gate, introduced himself as Mike Eaton and offered his services. We are new to AZ. and we have found out the hard way that it is a little difficult to grow a garden and even new trees. We wanted an Orange tree and Mike Eaton sold us the tree we wanted along with a ton of very helpful information to get it planted and make it grow. Mr. Eaton was very knowledgeable and was a tremendous help, and we will be back !!

We were very impressed by the selection and service at Moon Valley. Mike E assisted us, and was friendly and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to having him come to our home to help give suggestions for a landscape design.

"Went to many nurseries, wandered around not sure what to purchase, no one approached us to see if they could be of assistance, so we left. Moon Valley was our last stop for the day and was pleased upon entering. There were several employees waiting to be assistance, which we needed. We met Michael Eaton. He is very knowledgeable of all there plants and trees. We explained we were redoing our landscape and were not sure what would do good. Michael came to our home twice.

First trip he made his suggestions about what plants would do good in our landscape. We made our list of those plants, met Michael again at the nursery to make our selections. Now that we made our choices, Michael's 2nd trip to our home, he walked our landscape and flagged were the plants and tree will be planted."

Great customer service! Michael was so helpful and provided us novice gardeners with the info and education necessary to both plant and grow our new landscape! Thanks! We have purchased plants at other nurseries without much help from staff. Recently we went to Moon Valley and immediately was greeted by a salesman. Mike Eaton is very helpful and knowledgeable about plants, trees and Moon Valley products. We will be back for all our future landscaping needs.
