SOLVED INC - Security & Investigations

If I could, I'd give them 4.5 stars. They're a bit pricier than other businesses but I felt it was worth it for the following reasons:



- When I called, I spoke with an employee who was knowledgeable about Illinois law.



- I was walked through the regular process for serving court documents in their state and felt confident that they'd be able to follow out of state instructions.



- They served the person in a prompt, professional manner & sent me documents necessary for both my state and Illinois.



The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is due to a drop in efficiency once the restrained was served. It took longer than I was comfortable for them to forward me payment information & send the originals via the mail.



Although I had to file my documents the day they were due, everything arrived on time, in-tact, and I would recommend them to others. I'd ask ahead of time if they could offer a rush service if you need anything from them via mail though. :)
