Excellent experience. Jason took the time to show us several vehicles. Anwered all questions. Even provided shade with an umbrella while my wife looked at each car. Provided us with ice cream and drinks to keep us cool. Allowed a thorough test drive taking it on the freeway, up down hills, traffic etc, so that we could see how it functioned in different enviornments. We wish that all sales reps could be like Jason. Will definitely recomend him to our friends.

Mike Bartlett, Jason Mircavich and Mike Fulkerson were courteous and explained everything thoroughly and truthfully. They worked to provide me with the best deal for my budget. The quality of customer service I received was impeccable. Mike Bartlett's help with financing and Gap Insurance saved me thousands of dollars. He even went over the paperwork for my trade and got me over a thousand dollars back in warranties and insurance that would have otherwise went to waste. He was a huge blessing and it has been a joy working with him and a truly pleasant experience. I would recommend their services to anybody in need of a quality vehicle.

I had a great time at Larry Hill. Wes Miller, Kevin DeSena, Victor Yoshida and James Brown all made sure I was taken care of. There thoughtfullness was unexplainable and Larry Hill Ford is the only place that me or my family will ever buy a car! You have to check these guys out!

Wes and the guys were great to deal with. I used my personal bank and am not from cleveland. Wes took the time to take me to the local branch so I could get the check. By the time I got back he had all the paperwork ready to sign and the car was clean and filled up with gas. I will be back next time!!!

When I showed up at the dealership I was greeted professionally and the salesman Dustin hayes was very courteous.He asked me what I was hoping to accomplish by stopping by and how he could best help me do that. i ended up buying that day. This is our 2nd experience at Larry Hill, and we have been extremely pleased with Jason. His dealings with us have been very professional, but with that personal touch that is lacking so often these days. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle, and worked with us to understand the advantages of a new 2013 Explorer versus our current 2011 model. In fact everyone we have had contact with today has been extremely friendly and courteous.

Cannot be described anything short of amazing. This is the third vehicle in a row my wife and I have bought from Larry Hill Ford, and the experience keeps getting better. The sales representative and the finance person gave me what I feels is the absolute best deal possible, and I hope to continue doing business with Larry Hill Ford for years to come, and suggest friends and family do the same.

Jason Craven was extremely knowledgable in the vehicles of interest to us. He listened very well to our needs and met them perfectly. Chris was very professional thoughout our entire process. He made us feel as though he genuinely cared for us and made sure all of our needs were met. Chris made the car buying process as easy as possible.

My husband and I have been searching for a car for several month. We arrived at Larry Hill Imports one afternoon and was quickly greeted by Chris' smiling face. I rattled off a few cars that I was interested in and Chris immediately pointed me in the right direction. He immediately caught on to my wants and needs and worked hard to find the perfect car for me.

I teased him about having my number on speed dial since he would check in regularly to notify me about vehicles that had just arrived on the lot or ones that he thought I might be interested in.
