The owner is very rude! I went with a friend to pick up a dress she had ordered. She had tried on a dress that she had like but the owner said she had to order the same dress. So when the dress was available to be picked up we went. We got to the store and got the dress and she went to try the dress on and it was clearly the wrong dress. It was the same style but a whole different print and different colors. We had the owner come look and she started yelling at us in front of the other costumers saying that the dress was the same when we had pictures of the dress. We showed her the pictures on my friends phone and she grabbed/snatched it from her and threw it at me. And she continued to yell. So I highly suggest not to go here! Very unhappy with this visit!!

Well none of that happend the dress just got here yesterday 3/31/16. I have been calling and calling and calling her because it was getting closer to my daughter's prom date to see when the dress would be here she had no concern in the world even with that. So we go try the dress on yesterday and of course to discuss the alterations that need to be done to only be told by Lula that she's booked and not able to do the alterations. You got to be kidding me..... That was not good business she didn't apologize for ruining my daughter's prom she was in tears. Now here it is one week before my daughters prom and we are trying to find someone to do alterations on a dress we paid 600. 00 dollars for. This is one unhappy Mom. My suggestion is be mindful who we are trusting to take care of our business needs. This was very unprofessional and shows she is only concerned about the money and not the customers supporting/patronizing her business.

I advise DO NOT go to Lula'a fashion. Went here for my daughter's prom thinking this would be a good experience. My daughter found her dress the first Saturday in February and Lula's exact words to us was the dress would be there in 3 days she also stated that she would do the alterations on the dress because it was too long
