Horrible customer service! Never going here again!

I went to ENVY and I loved it.I showed my stylist kami a picture of what I wanted and she gave it to me with even more for so less. Only 75.00 to have my hair dyed, curled, and moreI will be back because they are wonderful

I waited out front for 10 mins and no one even said hello. I would not go there.

I love coming to envy! Its my "my time" out! Ive gone to same stylist for awhile now and she is top rate with a fantastic price. She always takes her time and so do the other girls! And the little shop in the store is amazing too.

Owner is unpleasant and stylist are unprofessional. Never going back.

I started going here when one of my family members moved to this salon. I only see her, but all of the other girls seem really awesome. This is definitely a young, hip place to go; so if you're old, you probably won't like it. Great music, beautiful decor, and awesome people. Prices are really good too! Definitely 5 stars!

This place is a nightmare. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this deafening techno music blaring out of the speakers. The receptionist was rude and acted like I was wasting his time. I had made my appointment three days prior. The stylist knew I was waiting but took a walk-in in front of me. As I sat there if was just like being in the middle of a soap opera. This is supposed to be a professional establishment and some things do not need to be broadcast for the whole world to hear. After close to an hour of waiting I just left, and will never go back.

Just saw my niece's high light and wanted to cry for her. It looks light a racoon's tail! Owner used profanity when asked to refund. I wish I could post pictures.

I found Envy Hair Salon when I asked a young lady in a store where she got her hair done. She gave me Lauren's card and I have been going to her ever since. Now people stop me to ask where I get my hair styled! Lauren does such good work that my husband gets his hair cut there also. Lauren does a great job every time and the prices are so reasonable! Worth the drive to Columbia!

First of all ashley has done my hair before and did a wonderful job. second this place has a great environment very classy and don't over charge. All the girls there are very nice and know what they are doing and do a great job at it. I'm a very pleased customer of this place and recomend it to everyone.

I started going to Envy salon after the recommendation of a woman whose hair always looks great. My stylist is very friendly and gives me what I want. There is no pressure to buy extra products as you sometimes find in pricier salons and the services are priced very reasonably.

I recently visited what I was told to be a new and hot salon in town. I very surprised at the way the stylists conducted themselves. Prices were out of this world for a small town salon. I could have come to Franklin, paid the same price, and not made to feel like I was in a soap opera. The decor was beautiful, not something you see everyday.
