Kroger

i ordered 2 birthday cakes from the bakery, when i order a cake i assume they would be fresh baked, these were picked out of the prebaked cooler, i asked for pastel colors, spring flowers, butter cream frosting. i got there and they handed me the cakes, bright colors, big blobs of icing in the corners with sprinkles that were suppose to be flowers, the writing on them looked like a 2 year old did it. i was so upset i couldnt say anything, i said thank you and walked away. cant even describe how disappointed i actually was. there was nothing i could do but take them home and put them out, the party started in 3 hours.

i got out to my vehicle and cried. when we went to eat the cake, the cake was good, but it was not icing i wanted, i paid $50 for both these cakes, i didnt mind the price, what i minded was the fact it was not what i ordered

Always quick, good sales and prices, and a friendly environment. They always seem to have a few great sales, and the kroger point to add up quickly.

Nasty. They stick air fresheners in their meat cases because it smells awful. The employees either don't care or they can't tell because they're chain smokers. Don't go here

Prices are unreasonably expensive. It's trying to be upscale without delivering what's needed to actually get there.

I like the grocery store. It's old but staff is friendly and store is pretty well stocked. I do NOT recommend the Pharmacy. The staff never know what they're doing. Different Pharmacists: different "policies"the rest of the staff are no better. A pharm tech rolled her eyes at me. That's a big no. Biggie...no compassion at all and whatever you do, don't be the last customer on a Saturday, when the rats are all trying to escape the cellar.

I like this Kroger more than the one on Salem even though that is newer and has more sections because of the staff, convenience and how close it is to other places I shop. They have awesome loss-leaders and if you have a Kroger card (free) you get money off your gas prices.

Prices reasonable, good service. Store is old, but adequate. I purchase my gas from them because of the gas price is usually very competitive.
