Southern States Savings & Retirement Plan

I am sooooooo frustrated with them. 2 years ago I spent months explaining that they are NOT supposed to take out taxes from an employee who is already being taxed prior to their deposits. All they did was send me corrected the 1099R's for me to fix with the IRS. They claimed the software problem was fixed but apparently NOT since I just received my employee contribution withdrawal check and they taxed the ENTIRE amount!! They need to hire competent employees and STOP double taxing our hard earned money. I am fighting for all Teamsters to get them to rectify this problem once and for all. If you have been taxed for your full amount withdrawn, call them and do not let up!!!
