Overcharged for salad, I ordered Manicotti which entittled me to purchase a $3.50 salad for $2, server overcharged me.
I love, love, love this place! My husband wanted a really good pizza for his birthday, and he came across Mama Rosa's. He read the reviews and took a chance, and we were NOT disappointed. We ordered two pizza's, and two calzones. The pizza could almost feed an army. I was shocked at how large they were. I got pepperoni with spinach, and it was so good. The spinach had a nice flavor, so it wasn't dull or bland tasting at all. My husband got a sausage and meatball. He wasn't too fond, because the meatball was sort of bland, which it was, but you couldn't beat the large portions, and besides the meatballs, the rest of the pizza was outstanding. Our calzones were just as amazing. I ordered another pepperoni and spinach in my calzone, and it tasted so good. The amount of ricotta they use, lets just say, they don't skimp. My husband ordered meatball and sausage calzone, and he loved it. We paid a good amount of money for the food, but we weren't disappointed, so I call it money well spent. We're excited and definitely will go back and try something else. On some sidenotes: we ordered out, and they were prompt with the order and it was very hot. The lady who took our order over the phone was very nice and sweet, and she took down everything correctly. My husband went in to pick up the pizza's, and he said he was a nice little atmosphere, almost homey feeling. I highly recommend this place. Our pizza lasted us for 3 days, so that just tells you how big that thing was. I wish I could share some images of our food.
