Provided by CitysearchI was raised in Memphis and returned after living in NYC for 10 years. I know what a good slice should look and taste like. This place does not make a good NY style slice. They barely make a ""Pizza Hut"" worthy slice. I was researching places for good pizza because I was sorely missing my gooey cheese dripping, tasty sauce having, crunchy bottom yet chewy crust, fold-able slice. I dragged my Mom to this place because of all the good reviews. After a 30 minute drive, we got a mediocre pizza with cheese that didn't even melt...even after putting it in the microwave...after baking in the oven. the mushrooms were canned. The crust was bland. The sauce was dried out. I would rather eat Domino's than this stuff again.

Provided by CitysearchThis is by far the best pizza in town. Great food, friendly staff and they have been a freindly face in Cordova for over 10 years. The Stromboli is great and the service is always fast and the food is always consistent.

Provided by CitysearchMilano's is by far the best pizza in town. Much better than the nationwide chain stores so called pizza that everyone buys in to around here. The thin crust is perfect and the huge slices when you order by the slice make 1 slice always enough to fill you up. Highly recommend!

Provided by CitysearchHere I sit in Guam and all I keep thinking about is getting a Milano's pie when I get back to the states. It is THAT good! Fantastic crust, the sauce is just right, more than enough cheese, and this is one of the few places where you can get a pie the way YOU want it. When I am back in Memphis, I have no problem driving out of my way to get a slice. If you complain about this place, your better off eating a Totino's from the freezer.

Provided by CitysearchWe moved to Jackson TN from PA ten years ago and have looked everywhere for real ""New York Style"" pizza. We thought we were out of luck until we found out about Milano's. Their pizza is authentic ""New York Style"" pizza, and is so fresh and good, it's worth an hour's drive to get it. It's as good as it gets in Memphis.

Provided by CitysearchI always eat at milanos pizza, I moved here from Broklyn and it is the closest to home that I have found. The guys who work there are all really nice guys. people who say this place is no good, don't know pizza. If you want the best pizza in memphis, this is the place to go. their new shop on highway 64 is very nice too.

Provided by CitysearchI'm very picky about my pizza. My family frequents Milano's in Cordova at least once a week. The guys there are friendly, the service is great...they even cut the pizza into smaller pieces for my daughters (3 & 8) to make it easier for them to eat. I lived on Sicily for a while and the taste of Milano's pizza is the closest in town to their pizza. I love it, recommend it to everyone, and prefer it over any other chain in Memphis.

Provided by CitysearchI love to grab lunch at Milano's. Their pizza is prepared as quickly as a fast food stop, but the quality is much more than Pizza Hut could ever dream to be. The thin crust with just enough cheese and tangy sauce is always a treat! Milano's is the closest to authentic pie as Memphis can get.

Provided by CitysearchMilano's reminds me of the pizza from the northeast, Philly and NYC. They are not cookie cutter pizzas that come out the same every time. The sauce is rich, the cheese is plentiful and the toppings are plentiful.
