Greek Cafe

The Greek cafe.. was impeccably clean, ordered the gyros and souvlaki sandwiches.. absolutely delicious.. the BEST Greek food I've had in a very long time... I will definitely be back to try some more of their delicious cuisine !!

OMG ! This place is incredible in every aspect, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, you name it this place has it. I have eaten at many greek/mediterranean restaurants and this place absolutely tops them all. The food is delicous, fresh, very generous portions and very affordable pricing. Whoever is doing the cooking sure knows what they are doing and the smell of the food coooking sure does take you back to good old family cooking. You have to check this place out. Friendly and caring owners who know how to treat people.

I'm not familiar with Greek food so this was something new to try. So glad I did.The gyro was great, full of meat and creamy sauce. I also tried the baba ganoush, very tastey too. Above all, the placed is impossibly clean and you can see right into the kitchen, which is also spotless. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was happy to find authentic Greek fare in Cottonwood, along with a few Arab offerings. I ordered the gyros sandwich and it was the best I've had since leaving Chicago. The pita was fresh, the gyros well done with just a bit of crust that you want, the onions not over powering and the tzatziki creamy with plenty of fresh cucumber. (And the Greek background music wasn't too loud.) I must return to sample their homemade baklava.

Visited on opening day. Place was packed, beautiful decor, wonderful comprehensive menu. Greek salad was nice and cold with lots of feta. Hummus was tasty and creamy; Chicken kabob was excellent. Besty pita bread and toasted to perfection. I have frequented many Greek restaurants in Astoria NY; Chicago Greek town, Los Angeles and this place is FANTASTIC. I had to leave town the very next day but when I return to Arizona, I will go here every day. I highly recommend this place if you can't make it to Athens. Karen the owner was a terrific host.
