I have nothing but rude experiences from the front office staff, who talk down to you. I came in with fiberglass insulation in my eyes and where asking for help. The original nurse came in and did great. The first nurse did one eye and left the room. She came in with someone she was training to do the other eye. The one being trained stretched my eye lid open with an unskilled manner and pushed the saline in my eye full force causing severe pain. If I were you I wouldn't give these people your hard earned money. I have never had a good experience here and gave them a year.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My husband has been going for the past three months, we decided to go here because his previous doctor is in Rome and the distance was just too much, or so we thought. This office is EXTREMELY unorganized, there is no doctor on call if the doctors (husband and wife team) go on vacation, they do not tell you if they out-source your labs (which they did to my husband and now we are stuck with $2000 in lab work because it is not covered by his insurance.) This NEVER happened at our other doctor, EVER. We have now decided that the hour drive to Rome is a small price to pay for a good organized, and physician on call if his doctor is out of town, doctors office.
