They did there job in cleaning but are complete crooks when trying to get a crown or anything else.We all know crowns DON'T cost 1440.00

I am sick and tired of these dentist being CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Find another place and she don't care about your well being only more about your pocket book!

I went to Dr, Ross for several months for 5 crowns, One root canal and cavity's. Her office is a little small but the people there were very kind and worked with me on payments. Her staff didn't judge and Dr, Ross her self was very understanding . She called the day after every appointment to make sure I was doing alright and if anything was wrong. She made sure my smile looked like it should.. PERFECT!

I went to dickson dental to see DR.Anna Ross because I got coupons in the mail that said that my first visit would cost $59 and that I would receive a whitening kit for free. I was charged almost $300 and never recieved any kind of whitening kit at all.I sat in the chair for several hours. They attempted to deaden my mouth 4 different times which it was nevercompletely deadened.she ppulled the tooth which was extremely painful. Afterwards she would only give me 10 tylonol#3 for the pain.I called the next two days to tell them how baldly I was hurting.I was told to take tylonol and ibuprofen and deal with it. I have now missed two days work due to the fact that I was refused any type of pain relief from this exsperiance.I have been to many dentist in my lifetime and have never exsperiance anything like this and completely denied any type of pain relief. They advertise pain free denistry but this has been the most painful dental exsperiance that I have ever encountered in my entire life. I would never refer anyone to go to this place for anything. This is the first dentist that I have ever dealt with that has absolutely no compassion at all for her patients. She obviously could not care less about the pain that her patients have to endure.
