        We went to purchase a Christmas tree. The Garden Center door into the area where most of the trees were located was locked. We had questions and had to yell throw a chain link fence at an employee who was not interested in helping us. Tree was never freshly cut, baled, or loaded. Did this ourselves. After that debacle, we went inside to purchase downlights to go along with the ones owe previously purchased. They were out of stock. No sales person was nearby to assist. Went to the kitchen center to get information on new countertops. Three employees ignored us. Customer service is nonexistent. We receive much better service at Home Depot and will drive the extra miles to make purchases there.

        We have continually had terrible experiences at this lowes. We use pro services and checkout at the contractors register quite often. It's like pulling teeth to get an employee to help you load materials. On top of that, when they do, they usually just dump the materials on your trailer and don't even attempt to stack anything. The employees always act like you're inconveniencing them by asking any questions. Our last experience we waited 30 minutes for an employee to bring out 30 2x4 studs. Never showed up. We went back in and returned them. This is the worst Lowes I have EVER been to!!

        If this isn't the worst run Lowe's in America then I don't want to see it!The staff is uninformed on their products,and for the most part rude and obnoxious.I live here and they consistently treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you shop there.I just spent 45 minutes there trying my hardest to buy a storm door,after 5 tries and the guy still not being able to enter my order into the computer I said to heck with it.This Lowe's is half a mile from my house,but tomorrow I'm driving 30 miles to Home Depot to order my door.Believe me this isn't an isolated incident and I won't be going back for more!
